Headed to Wyoming for a bear hunt and am trying to figure out a good way to check the quota daily. Any suggestions? I think cell service will be very spotty.

Do you have an updated link? This hasn’t been updated since April 25.
This was brought to my attention in another thread where I posted the same google doc. Last year, it was updated to the day. I believe they use the same one from year to year, just they're not updating this one for some reason.

Not to de-rail this thread, but I thought it would be some good dialogue...Whats everyones opinion on the quota system for bears? It seems like its becoming more of a race to kill a bear . It becomes hard to be selective when you know you're on a time crunch. Success rates are pretty low, and a lot of units close early.

I'm a fan of it. The quota allows for close management without limiting opportunity. It only becomes a race near the close of the quota, or if someone is just itching to kill any bear and not be selective.

I believe they encourage you to call the quota hotline as it gets updated more often.

Our area has no quota, part of it is a popular recreation area and mostly private land too.
Hoping to see this one this weekend.

What I like about the quota system is that you can still buy a tag otc. I do think it’s a little much that outfitters are allowed 20 baits. That’s more than a lot of units quotas. You know who is likely to shoot sows, someone who just paid a bunch of money and is on a time crunch. Thoughts?
