Since Utah got shot down by the supreme Court on their stupidity, it seems Wyoming is giving it a go. Not good. The study linked below shows how much it would cost to manage all the public land in Wyoming. I my haven't read through it yet but I think my wife said it concluded they can't pay for all of it.
