WY Gas well roads on BLM

Taking my dad on an antelope hunt around Big Piney. Trying to figure out what the deal is with the gas well roads on BLM. I'm actually out here looking around now, but am not super sure if you can travel across the roads or not. On OnX the are greyed out which usually mean not open, but then a lot of them lead to other roads that show as open so I'm pretty unclear. Yeah, I probably will go the BLM office and ask, but wanted to see what your thoughts are if anyone has first hand experience in this area?

I have been doing it since they opened up all that country and ruined it 20 or so years ago

Spent the AM scouting the north end with less roads and wells. I think that area suits me better than all the roads on the south.

on your one is the gray saying private to Wyoming state land? if state land your good to hunt it

As long as it doesn’t cross private you’re usually good to drive them. I’ve never had an issue
