WTT Brand New SO 12-man tipi for 8-man or cash equivalent

I'm getting a SO 12-man tipi through a BHA deal and unfortunately the deal won't let me downsize to an 8-man. As such, I'm looking to lose a few hundred dollars on this deal and trade straight up for an 8 man tipi.

I'm offering a brand new Seek Outside 12 man tipi with liner and xl stove (priced at $1,870.00)

And I'm hoping to get an 8 man tipi and stove either kifaru or SO... depending on how much use its seen we can make a deal.
