WTT WTT: Barrett Fieldcraft 6.5 CM 21”

I have a 21” unthreaded Fieldcraft in 6.5 CM here without about 300 rounds down it. It shoots well (currently with 140 ELDMs) and has always been a reliable hunting rig and has seen some miles. Stock is a simple krylon Sponge paint job. Metal shows small amount of wear and the ejection port has some brass dings. Overall in very good shape.

I am looking for pretty specific rifles in trade because I’m a dummy and really should just hang on to this Barrett. What I’d like to find is another ultralight rifle (6.5lb or less) either in 7mm/08, 280 REM, or 280 AI, and possibly 7 WSM/SAUM. I’m interested in REM 700s, Barretts, Forbes, Bergaras,Cooper’s , and Tikkas if they have an upgraded stock. Thanks all.

If that is stainless, a simple bead blast job will eliminate the majority of the blemishes in the metal, if someone is on the fence or apprehensive about the rifle.

If those 280 AIs had a longer magazine box I’d trade them. Wanting to shoot heavier 7mm bullets so I will pass only due to mag box constraints. Appreciate the offer!
