Will this belt fit on the previous generation Exo frame? I have M coyote brown and need to jump up a size.

I'm interested in adapting this large hip belt to a Horn Hunter full curl pack. Present belt on this pack is not to my liking. You say this is from the K2 frame. I heard the new style 2017 K-2 belts are all about comfort. Is it the same as the 2017 model? Also, can you tell me how wide is the belt where it attaches at the back of the pack? Please forgive all the questions. Of course I want confirm it will fit the HH pack.

I believe the belt on the 2017 is a little bit bigger from what I've heard. LxW is roughly 7.75x4.5
