I have a cheap eBay 2 man advertised for backpacking that works great for the last several years. Weight is like 3lbs or just under, I also have a seek outside LBO I use but it's flourless so I don't use it in snake country. Not for sale just giving you an idea. The eBay tent was like $80 and has lasted several nights in the back country even in super high winds. Not sure on waterproofness I only use it in the summer. I know the LBO from seek outside is light roomy and waterproof, I run mine with a stove too when it's cold.
