A few days ago I was mountain biking and bit off a bit more than I could chew on a big jump and ended up getting kicked over the bars. I sprained my wrist real bad (and busted up a bunch of other places). What is the best way to work back into exercise? Do I lower the volume? Wrap it up real good and work I specific exercises for rehab? In the meantime I'm gonna do a bunch of hiking with a weighted pack to keep something going. I thinks it's gonna be a little while before I can overhead press my 55lb kettlebell with my left hand though.

Best thing I found was get a brace from walgreens and sleep in it. Honestly wear it as much as you can to immobilize it. Sleeping in one makes a huge difference. I hated wearing one in public because of bowling jokes and what not. I also shred on mtb and that stupid brace has helped me multiple times.

I also am not a doctor and didn't stay in a holiday inn
