Today, got after an easy workout. Looking forward to a Death Hike in the coming weeks so trying to remind myself it's better to be 10% undertrained than 1% overtrained.

Still ruking with the dog in the am.
Finnaly caught the sunrise. Had plenty of light as I stepped out at 445 this morning. Seems like Jan was a long time ago.

Just returned home and off the AT, got in 79miles in 5 and half days.
Was a good reminder that I'm not where I need to be yet by Sept. Ended up with beautiful weather. Better than getting rained on for 6 days like last year.
