Will RL 17 and 26 ever be available again?

I haven't seen either available in years. Yes, some has popped up very briefly but practically speaking, it's really not meaningly available. I read somewhere both of these are produced in the same factory in central or eastern Europe. I also I understand the RL26 shortage is the root of Hornady's woes with missing their factory 7mm PRC spec'd velocity. You would think the market desire for it would motivate the producer to increase production.

Anyone know the future outlook of either of these powders?

there's enough demand in europe for powder that it's not going to make it to our shelves.
all the switzerland alliant powders are going to be very difficult to find.
i'm actually surprised we're still seeing ADI powders like Varget making it here from down under.

there's plenty of profit to be had in europe without the expense and hassle of loading a conex so it can sit on a ship for a few weeks and then still have to deal with customs and making it to distributors. and i would venture a guess that any that does make it over is already earmarked for larger manufacturers too.
