Which NikWax DWR wash for soft shell?

I need to get some more DWR replacement wash for some of my clothes. I’ve been using this stuff odorless stuff from Atsko (soap that also replaces DWR) for a long time and it’s “OK” but I wanted to try the NikWax to see if it’s better. In spite of using the Atsko stuff every wash, my soft shell Kuiu Guide pants soak up water QUICKLY when I’m walking in y’all wet grass, if I’m not wearing gaiters. They didn’t used to do that! I found one NikWax product called “Tech Direct” and another called NikWax “Soft Shell Proof.” The soft shell stuff seems cheaper than their tech direct so I’d love to save the $$ but I’d rather use the best product. Curious if they’re the same product with different labels and prices; OR, whether there’s a substantive difference between the two? What are y’all using, between these two NikWax products?

Is there another good product for maintaining/replacing DWR on soft shell clothing?

Related: If I want to wash some pack bags (Kifaru, Kuiu & MR) I’m guessing the Tech Direct is probably the best option out there?

Dang! Nobody has any NikWax recommendations or other product recommendations for re-treating a DWR coating?

I emailed Sitka once to ask them what they suggested, and they said they use Gear Aid by ReviveX.
