Which arrow setup?

Took photos with my phone of 3 different arrow setups using OT2 software.

What one should I hunt with for deer / elk ?

Based on those numbers, they will all work. Pick the one that shoots the best if you have the option to try them all.

Yep, I would try all three set ups to see which on flies the best at 50 or 60 yards and go with the best one. The only real difference is the front of center, the speed and KE are really close.

I'd toss 2 and try out 1 and 3, choosing the accuracy winner.

I'd shoot #3. Lot of KE and momentum in that arrow.

About a horse apiece.

Id shoot 1 or 3 due to the FOC and arrow weight.

Who cares what the computer says ;-) build them, shoot them, and see what works ;-)

Like everyone else has said, build up a few of each and see what shoots best. May end up scrapping the ones you don't choose but it will be worth it in the long run.
Personally, I would probably go with the 3rd setup for the weight and FOC.
