What to wear under sitka stratus bibs with a high of mid 60's

I am going hunting tomorrow and I am wondering what should I wear under the sitka stratus bibs. Should I just wear baselayers? Or would just normal pants work? Would I be to warm? Thanks

Whats the low?

In mid 60’s i would wear the stratus bibs by themselves with just undies.

If low is in the 40’s with high getting into the 60’s i would wear a good base layer.

Nice thing about the bibs is they have a god side zipper to open and let some air in if you get too hot. Pants do not have that feature

It’s a low of 40’s and gets warmer about 5 degrees every hour until 1

I would pribably stick woth a heavier base layer and just that. By the time you get into the 60’s you will be plenty warm and those bibs hold heat well

In the 60’s I’d be leaving the stratus bibs at home. A pair of pants should suffice.

Lows in fhe 40’s i would wear the bibs too. With just a base layer, and the ability to vent with the zippers is awesome as it warms.

Everyone is different tho, so YMMV
