Warne Mountain Tech 1 Inch Scope Mount Rings Height with 40mm?

Looking to mount a 3-9x40 accupoint on a rail. Any idea on height? Appreciate the help.

Probably be high. I put warne maxima bases on my rifle, used mountain tech low rings and put a scope with a 50mm bell and I still have a bit of space.
