Wading Boots & Chote Tundra Hippies

Has anyone tried a decent pair of wading hiking boots say for example the Orvis Pro Wading boot combined with Chota Tundra hippies for Alaska tundra caribou hunts?

I wore synthetic hikers like Merell a size larger than normal

I did the same went up 1 1/2 on some lightweight Merell hikers they work good

 

[Quandary]

I went with Chota Tundra Hippies and Orvis Pro wading boots. I will give the combo a trial run moose hunting in Newfoundland this September.
