Started a thread on another popular hunting site and thought I'd post here as well, pretty pumped that my wife and son in law both drew bull moose kettle range tags here in Wa. Scouted last weekend and saw a cow and a small bull missing half an antler, that might just save his life, from hunters anyway. Pard saw a white wolf on top of sherman pass. This unit is massive and could easily be split up into two units, lots of ground to cover. I drew a selkirk bull permit in 19' so I have an idea of how to hunt these dinosaurs, LOTS of road hunting, which will be expensive this season! Have had lot's of advice privately, feel pretty good about my son in law and wife being successful but I know it's no gimmie. Oct 1- nov 30 season so plenty of time, plan on the first two weeks to be hunting, take advantage of the rut. These two lucky tag holders drew huckleberry cow moose last year!! Good times to be had, hope to keep both threads informed and with pics. Not asking for advise, I've been blessed with good people so far and too much info is sometimes worse! Of course current updates when it get closer to Oct 1 would be priceless! Take care all, good luck this year!
