I’m thinking about starting up the 28 day reboot and wanting some feedback from other who have done it. I’d like to lose a few pounds, maybe get back down to 170 and tighten up the baby belly.
I’m curious about the meals and what the workouts are like. It’s tough to do a workout in the evening after doing physical labor, so before I dive in, I just want to check what they are like. Give me the pros and cons from when you’ve done the 28 day reboot.
