Vortex vipers or Leupold BX-4 Bino?

BX-4 and it’s not even close. Made in Japan, open bridge, great low light coatings.

Personally, you couldn't gift me a pair of BX-4's. Their eyecups are horrible for me, they push the binos WAY too far away from my face to get anything close to a full field of view. As far as glass quality is concerned, I see them as equals after spending time behind both at different times. Flip a coin on the glass selection between the two.

If I was looking for a pair of binos in this price range, Maven C series. Period, without question. Better than both, and a better value for sure. I ran them for a couple years and was very happy with them while I did.

Just one of the many reasons there's lots of different glass companies and lots of different options out there.

I have two pairs of BX-4 and really like them. To be fair I've never used the Vipers.

No debate. BX-4's are superior glass. Vipers have a wider field of view, but not in the same league as BX-4's. BX-4's are Maven C3's with better build and better ergonomics.

I owned both at the same time. Both in 12x50. I kept the BX4s.
