This is a used set of legs with a freshly warranty replaced head. The legs are in good condition and open & close with no issue. I'd keep using this but bought another tripod last fall before I sent this one in for warranty.
I want to be clear that this head is not the standard head that came on the Summit SS-P but is instead the new head that is the pan head used on all Vortex tripods from $250 to $700. It is much smoother than the old version pan head, yet still folds up compactly.
It also includes one ARCA plate with a thumbscrew for tightening to your optics.
