Vortex Fury 500 AB Opinions

I can buy a new pair at LGS for $1,375.00, I read this report which was good overall, https://www.longrangehunting.com/threads/vortex-fury-hd-5000-ab-review.271958/

The report is a few years old so I wanted to see if anything is better now for 1500.00 or less.

I would love to hear personal experiences.

I have a set and they work well, but a little slow and my lazer isn’t perfectly zeroed. I’m not sure of all the other options in that price range but I know people like the Sig offerings.

That price seems high for the fury ABs

I like my pair well enough, the laser works well and the glass is fine.

You should also take a look at the Leica Geovid R and the Meopta Optika LR, both are in that price range. You give up ballistics, but they’re supposed to have improved glass and potentially a slightly worse laser.

Ballistics aren’t needed IMO.
