Utah landowner tag cost

whats the going rate for a Shiras Moose hunt with a land owner tag in Utah I have seen 30k on one site but that seems crazy high?

Do you need a Shiras? If so for what criteria? Canada has way cheaper options for moose!

I thought I wanted one, it was more about not having the time to go the Alaska right now, and was looking for other options. And it seemed like maybe something I could eventually hunt all 3 Canadian, Yukon, shirts
