I keep coming back looking for any Utah draw updates. Do they usually release the draw results for all species at once? Or spread it out over a few days like Colorado?

They JUST started the draw process today. Usually it takes a week. Check your card for pending charges periodically, you'll see your tag charge hit. Then at some point next week you'll get an email with the draw results for all of your tag apps. But if you draw multiple tags you'll see the charges hit your credit card over the course of multiple days.
