Unknown Munitions Tikka Scope Rings

Mounted on my rifle for only a few months last years. Then I got a new scope and had to go up to the mediums.
These are in basically new condition. Installed with some loctite, so there is some residue on the screws.
These were from the original batch they produced last year.
I am missing one of the pins, 3 out of 4 are there. In my experience, you only need one per base to install these.
