I have two Zeiss Conquest V4 3-12x44 with the ZBR-1 reticle. Both have been mounted and shot but do not show ring marks. (This reticle works with the Zeiss App to calculate ballistic solutions for the round you shoot.)
One of these has a tiny spot where the finish got a ding but there is no indentation on the tube. And one of the scope boxes got damaged moving boxes around but the scope was not in the box at the time.
