Tripods and such

Hi all, im looking at getting a tripod and i dont have much experience with tripods at all, other then the Bog Deathgrip. All though i didnt mind it, i would need to switch out the head for the ball head. The plan for a tripod for me would be to run about a 15 pound rig for thermal hunting, in 22-250 AI. Any recommendations, advice, or things i should look for when getting a tripod? Thanks all!

It’s on sale for $129 right now. I definitely recommend it. For a budget conscious option, it’s great.
