Balling on a budget with the new glassing setup. I know everyone says don’t use your center post raised at all due to movement. This Davis & Sanford tripod has a center post that’s permanently affixed to the tripod half extended already. It’s rock solid and works amazing so far. The tripod comes with a 10 year warranty… yes you read that right. Went with a fluid head called small rig, for 50$ is extremely smooth and light weight. Got some viper hd 10x42 from the classifieds to top it all off. Huge upgrade from my Nikon 8x42. For a total of 100$ for the tripod and pan head I don’t think you can go wrong.
