Wiha makes very good tools.

I use a Wheeler but also recently got a FixIt sticks gizmo that'll do up to 65 lbs. I like it a lot for smaller stuff but still use the Wheeler for action screws and big stuff.

I tested a few Fat Wrenches against a calibrated fixture awhile back. From what I recall, they were repeatable but the actual torque didn't always match the value selected. I remember marking the scale on some so that the correct setting could be used for a given torque desired.

The most common brand I see in manufacturing, relevant to this thread, is Wera. Some Wiha mixed in too. I've checked the calibrations and recalls, and have not seen any negative trends with those brands.

I've never seen limiters from Fix It Sticks used in a manufacturing, but that doesn't mean they are not worthwhile. Seem well made, by Sloky in Taiwan. I think they are closer to 6-10%, compared to 3-6% for some others.

Not sure, I'll try to get a friend to check it on a torque fixture at work.

I've done the bolt in a vise calibration, but not real accurate. If the first torque wrench is off then the rest are also. Anyone use the digital ones?
