Out of curiosity, why would you be asking the buyer about insurance? You need to guarantee delivery. So if it’s lost in the mail it’s on the shipper (seller).

The only way I can guarantee delivery is if it is a face to face transaction .

Rokslide standard is you guarantee the item to delivery. You can guarantee it. If it’s lost in the mail then you assume that risk when you ship it. Not sure about everyone else but I would never deal with a seller that doesn’t stand behind the item they’re selling.

^ I thought this is what everyone did. Seller insures the item. If the item gets lost in the mail, seller refunds buyer, and seller makes insurance claim. Nobody loses. This is what tracking is for. I'm I missing something?
