Nearly new Tikka T3 in 7mm-08 Has been in the back of my safe for 7 or 8 years. I am the second owner. The first owner had it as a back up rifle. Round count way less the 100, probably closer to 25-30. Sits in a new T3 stock Metal has been Cerokoted black Includes the Talley rings $775 plus actual shipping PM for additional pictures or questions

Is it a stainless rifle or blued rifle that was ceracoated? Was it coated to cover up rusting or as a preventative measure?

Blued that was covered preventative. Rifle has never been in the field
