Tikka factory stock with Sendero CF barrel???

I may pull the trigger on a 22” CF blank to rebarrel a Tikka T3x Lite SS I have. For the short term I probably would need to use the factory stock if possible. Will the factory stock fit/ can be sanded open to fit? Anyone done this and have any pics?

I haven’t personally done it, but should be doable with a socket and sand paper. Probably just a lot of time with it. Honestly though I’d stick steel and get something like the Preferred .750 taper less. Should way the same or less for less cost.

Don’t have pics, but I did one. Sand paper on an appropriate sized aluminum tube (socket works too).
