Tikka bolt locked up

Took the bolt out to clean it. Dry fires it a few times and noticed the bolt lift was really hard. Then the next time it wouldn’t open at all. Took it out of the stock and unbolted the trigger and still can’t get it free. Did I reinstall the bolt assembly wrong. Any ideas?

This tab (unsure of the correct name) seems to be recessed in the slot and won’t let the bolt rotate

Did you remove the trigger with the safety on?

I don’t believe so. I was able to slide that black piece back and open the bolt. Reinstalled everything, it works, but the bolt lift is heavier than before

Put a little grease on the cocking ramp. That should help.

Found an old post on here with similar issue. Took some 1000 grit sand paper to the cocking ramp and it’s 10x better now!

Yeah, I galled one of my ramps pretty bad once by running it dry. I sanded, polished, and greased it. It's been fine ever since. Glad you got it figured out.
