Tikka barrel only - difference between right and left handed?

So I have looked around for an answer to this question, but I am not 100% sure yet. I will be selling a factory new Tikka barrel off of a left handed .270 Tikka rifle. Now my assumption is that there's almost no way Tikka would invest money in manufacturing left-hand specific barrels, so my guess is that the exact same barrels go on both right and left handed rifles. Can anyone confirm that? Thanks.

Yes they are the same. The barrel has nothing to do with what hand the rifle is.

But if you have to shoot in the Southern Hemisphere, wouldn’t you want your bullet spinning the other way?
