I thought so as well. Some folks want the obvious stated for them. It's a cool option to have and some won't mind the convenience fee associated with not having to pull the barrel and have parts sitting around.

I have bought two Tikkas rifles just for the action. I would have gladly just bought actions if I had that option back then. I still have both stocks, been too lazy to sell them.
