Thor 250 gr One Size fits all Muzzleloader Bullets

I have a 15 pack of the above bullets, dont fit my picky ML barrel. $20 FTF in Colorado Springs area.

Are they too tight or too loose? I tried some of the Federal BOR Loks last year and they slid up and down the barrel after seating. Using the Thor sizing pack my barrel is .500" and those load with adequate resistance, so the Federals are smaller than .500".

Bor Locks fit snug in my barrel as do the .500 Thor’s but I can’t even get these things started down my barrel. My barrel is very skinny.
