That looks like a ranch bull, I've watched guys hunting a particular ranch here in Idaho. I was like, those elk don't even care that they walked out in the open. Then I found out where it was. Made sense then.

Only place in Idaho that produces “pretty good” bulls like that is Mountain View Elk Ranch, Riggins, Idaho.
