Therma-rest SOlite

Hey guys, I'm looking for a sleeping pad under $50. I like the idea of a closed cell for durability, but does not pack small. So far I'm pretty interested in the Therma-rest SOlite though. Anyone have some input on this sleeping pad??? Also, I notice they sell a small and large sizes. Would it be a good idea to save a few ounces and buying a shorter one to save weight? (72"vs 48")

i bought the regular recently and its great. but it does take up a lot of room...

I think that all depends on the area and temps you are going to be using it at. IMO don't scrimp on the pad, save up and buy the Neo air x-lite, you won't be sorry and it packs down small.
