I bought this shelter a few years back and have used on two archery elk hunts. I like to sleep under the stars if weather permits so probably set up outer shell only maybe 8-10 times. Current model is called Laser Lite 1 and sells for $700!!!! (link below) Compares to Hilleberg
Inner screened liner is brand new and never has left the house. I only brought the outer shell. Cool that it is freestanding alone. Outer shell with hoop pole is 1lb 3oz so super light. Inner screen tent with floor is 13oz.
Love this thing but the Social Security checks are rolling in so getting hard to maneuver and dress prone. Going to have to go to a larger setup.
No issues, rips, burns etc (we don't have fires in camp)
