Tarp Care Recommendations

Hi All,
I’ve done some googling and searching but can’t seem to find two guys who recommend cleaning a tarp the same way.

Got a mountain shelter LT at a great price the other day but wanted to see if anyone could offer up some cleaning advice.

Appears to be in good shape. Just needs a clean.

Wanted to try it out and gauge how it works for a DIY tarp I have in mind.

Any help is appreciated
