WTS Talley 30mm tikka T3 rings

Talley 30mm rings for a Tikka. Came on a scope I picked up a few weeks back. I do not own a Tikka so here they are. They say 16H on the bottom. Don't know the hight of them. Let’s say 40.00 shipped in a bubble wrap enveloped or extra shipped in a box.

Any chance you could measure the bottom of the base of the rings to the bottom of the circle of the rings?
