Anyone have a table top display they like? Was about to order the Skull Hooker table hooker, but the only photos on the website are of fairly light mounts. I got a Dall Sheep laying in the corner I'd like to display on my work desk and I'm skeptical that this thing will hold the mount. They're quoting me $35 to ship it here, so it would cost me more for shipping and return shipping than the actual hooker if it doesn't work out.

Any suggestions or examples out there? Anyone make these and sell em?

I have a couple of these and they’re nice. I don’t know if he has a website or not but I ordered them on eBay.

Ttt. I’m looking for some kind of mount for an elk that will go on a ledge above my living room. Needs to support the head upright and not fall over and kill someone.

My dad built me this custom one when I got my bear. Went back and grabbed some rocks from the same mountain and he forged up a piece of bronze rod to hold the skull.

Worst part about sheep is they roll back so the nose is up. Literally use a dowel as a kick stand, stick it into the brain cavity and have it long enough to prop the skull up at the appropriate angle.

Could get fancy and get an acrylic rod so it is not as visible. You could also just put a small wedge or similar under each horn to keep it upright. Just my opinion but the skull hooker, skull max, skull hanger whatever all look like crap.
