Build quality is top notch. Hand sewn in the USA and guaranteed for life. No rips, tears, stains etc. Will include a marsupial gear hip belt pouch.

Good catch. After watching the video again, there are a couple differences between this pack and the one in the video. Like you said, mine has the nalgene bottle holder on both sides. Mine does not have the molle webbing on the bottom, or the inside of the pack.

I've gotten a couple offers, but I'm firm at $250 for now. For any less than that, I will gladly hang on to it.
