Sold SWFA 30mm rings with 1" inserts, or Burris, or similar

We popped a Bushnell 3200 off of one of my Dad's rifles that was sold, and want to put it on my niece's 10/22. Her rimfire has a picatinny rail, so they must be picatinny rings. I can't bring myself to buy new 1" rings, so I thought some 30mm with inserts would be a good choice.
