Just picked this up. Playing with the Straight vs Angled I just don’t know if it’s for me. I have an opportunity to jump on an ATX for a decent price so I’m considering selling this and grabbing that or just looking for an ATS 80.

Glass looks clean and clear, no obvious scuffs to the body. Manufacture year shows 2021. Also comes with a Marsupial Gear case.

Asking $2800. Would trade bodies for an ATS 80 HD of similar year and would consider selling without the eyepiece as well.

I’ll get pics up soon!

I’m also in the market for a new swaro spotter and have been going back and forth on straight vs angled. I have angled now and I’m concerned I won’t like the straight. What do you not like about the straight. What do you prefer about the angled? I’ve never used or owned a straight.

I just like the viewing experience with the angled better being able to put my head down and glass. Plus I prefer digiscoping with the angled vs the straight logistically.

I run the Zulu 6 HDX binos so i dont put them on a tripod, if i were swapping my binos on a tripod to a spotter when glassing i would probably take a closer look at considering the straight for relocation purposes; it makes jumping between the two and getting the same image much better.
