@Wildwillalaska good questions. I’m selling these to primarily thin my herd of Swaro binoculars. I’ll be sticking with a set of NL pure 10x32’s. I’ve been on the fence with ranging binos or binos and a separate rangefinder. I couldn’t help myself and ordered the new Leica CRF max rangefinder so these are now surplus.
These have amazing glass and you have to alternate between these and the pures to tell any difference, which is a bit more field of view on the pures.
I’m kind of a disaster with glass, I had the 10x42 el range ta’s, sold them, then bought these 10x32 ta’s. I’m scratching the newest itch on the new Leica rangefinder.
As far as 10x32 vs 10x42, I made that switch after my first sheep hunt lots of years ago and won’t go back. Swaro 10x32’s still basically see in the dark, you don’t give up any field of view, and they are 7 to 10 ounces lighter.
Thanks for the offers but no joy on 10x42’s, a rangefinding bino, or the NX8 as I’ve ordered an Nx6.
Either way thanks for the interest and good luck on the sheep hunt this year - I hope you kill a 13 year old double broomer!
