Swaro has amazing CS. If it’s normal wear and tear usually covered under warranty. If there is glass that needs to be replaced there is a charge. I’d recommend giving them a call if you need service.

I’d buy these right now IF I knew that I couldn’t find mine. I did 2 mil moves in back to back years and they have yet to be found. I miss mine (but bought larger size) until I could find mine
