FYI… for anyone thinking about sending their Swaro optics in…….
I sent a 3 year old pair of EL’s back to Swarovski in RI from NM on 1/3/22 for repair, cleaning and inspection. The issue was….there was something rattling inside of them. I received them back today 2/11/22 It cost me like $50 with insurance USPS. Swaro paid the freight back FedEx. The repair was under warranty so it didn’t cost me anything. Good as new.
When I talk to them before sending them in they said 4 to 6 weeks and it was. Happy customer.
