Anyone able to get ahold of their customer service department lately? Tried waiting on hold, email, and the callback thing and I can’t get ahold of anyone.

I just went through this. I tried for 4 days and averaged about 25 to 40 minutes per wait. After about a half an hour of waiting, I hit the prompt and enter my phone number for a callback. Never once have I received a callback yet.

I tried again today, and called every extension in the menu. Finally got ahold of somebody in advertising, and she helped direct my call to customer service. Said they are implementing a new system to help speed up repairs and warranty claims and it’s causing a lot of headache around there.

I sure hope i do not ever need their customer service after finally pulling the trigger on them after 10 yrs lol

I’ve needed it twice on two different optics unfortunately. Customer service has been top notch though.
