Stuck breech plug

Anyone have advice on how to remove a stuck breech plug from a CVA inline muzzleloader? My father in law gave me a muzzleloader he got from a friend and apparently it wasn’t very well cared for...

Is it unloaded? Penetrating oil down the barrel might work.

Took heat to get out one I had to work on before.
Never put a breach plug in again without using anti-seize.

I know of guys soaking the breech end in soapy water overnight too.

I have soaked a stubborn one overnight in kroil penetrating oil and that did the trick for me.
