Anyone else having issues with swiss? I just did some more serious sit down today at the range. The last time, 60gr 2fg showed promise, dropped it to 50gr today and just really poor accuracy. Used 91 % alcohol / murphys oil soap. Any lube i try, including spit patches, the fouling is ungodly sticky and thick at the breech. #11 set up too.

Not quite sure what you are using for what. Fouling will naturally be thicker at the breech but should not be sticky. Murphys Oil Soap 50/50 with rubbing alcohol makes a good cleaner added to water. I would not use it for patch lube. I lube with Crisco or generic vegetable shortening. There are a lot of other good patch lubes. Ballistol is used by many. Are you oiling your barrel after cleaning? I don't ever put petroleum products in my ML barrels. Post cleaning coating is with a vegetable shortening lubed patch.

A breechface brush or scraper will help breakup fouling at the breech and make cleaning easier.
