The Spyderco PM2 is pretty much the perfect folding knife. G10 Scales with S30V Blade and a rear compression lock so your fingers are never in front of the blade. I have three others and need to downsize my collection. This has been lightly carried and the pocket clip has some scuffs but otherwise is in great shape. This knife is damn near bulletproof. I have the original box too.
